Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. However, due to a higher-than-normal order volume, shipments may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your products and your location. Before completing your order, you will see the final shipping cost. You may choose not to proceed with your order if you decide not to accept the shipping charges.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, we will ship the available items in your order first. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it separately at no additional shipping cost.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.
  • Refunds typically take 1 to 7 days to reflect on your account, depending on the payment method used.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number to ensure proper delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with tags attached.
  2. Include your name, address, and original receipt with the return. If you do not have the original receipt, please include a note with your order number.

Return Exceptions

  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

  • Due to high demand, our inventory changes frequently.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item (in unworn and new condition) and place a new order for the desired item.
  • There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
